Most of the work I’ve been shooting for fun recently has been with a Mamiya RZ67, a beast of an analog camera that’s taken a lot of failure (which you can read about here) to get used to. I’ve wanted to experiment with film for some time and am now absolutely convinced of its worth as a medium, even with the extra cost and effort required.
I’ll probably write a more in-depth collection of thoughts about film in the near future, but for now I just wanted somewhere to dump the evidence of my first analog escapades in one place. A meaningless, eclectic compilation of photographs taken for no reason except experimentation and practise. Bon appetit!
